PRODUCTION MANAGER - B2B TRAVEL PROGRAMS

Salary: $45,000-$60,000 | Negotiable Based on Experience
Bonus: Annual Performance-Based Bonus

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client, a fast-growing B2B tour operator, is seeking a Production Manager to develop, price, and manage customized group travel programs throughout Canada and the United States.

You'll work directly with company leadership and European tour operators to create custom North American itineraries , manage supplier relationships, and develop competitive pricing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Design and update customized travel programs across the U.S. and Canada.
• Build itineraries for French-speaking European tour operator clients.
• Source and negotiate with hotels, transportation providers, guides, restaurants, and attractions.
• Develop competitive pricing while maintaining strong profit margins.
• Prepare detailed quotes, proposals, and travel packages.
• Write travel descriptions and marketing materials, primarily in French .
• Provide logistical support for confirmed bookings.
• Build relationships with tourism partners and vendors throughout North America.
• Collaborate with leadership on product development and market strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• Fluent English and French required - written and spoken.
• 2+ years of professional experience in an analytical, structured, or client-facing role.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Comfortable working with pricing, financial analysis, and profit margins .
• Strong organization and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Destination Management Company (DMC), tour operator, travel agency, or travel product management experience.
• Knowledge of North American geography and travel destinations.
• Experience developing itineraries and working with travel suppliers.

COMPENSATION
• $45,000-$60,000 annual salary, negotiable based on experience.
• Annual performance-based bonus.
