Assist clients with travel reservations, itinerary planning, booking coordination, customer support, and travel-related administrative tasks.
No previous travel industry experience is required. Training and certification opportunities are provided.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
Communicate professionally with travel suppliers and vendor partners
Develop long-term client relationships through outstanding service
Collaborate with a supportive team environment focused on growth and success
Complete travel industry training and certifications
Participate in ongoing educational programs and supplier webinars
Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and industry updates
Learn new products and services to better serve clients
Passion for travel and helping others
Ability to work independently while remaining team-oriented
Strong relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to create exceptional client experiences
Previous customer service, sales, hospitality, or travel experience is helpful but not required
